Maureen Quinn is an Master Hypnotherapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals learn to leverage their powerful unconscious mind to make life easier and more satisfying by working SMARTER not HARDER.
Often overlooked, hypnosis is a clinically proven, scientifically honed technology for creating meaningful change. Hypnotherapy’s unique benefits can be applied to helping the body and mind find a way to manage anxious thoughts and feelings as well as address unwanted thoughts or behaviors.
Using the tool of hypnosis therapeutically can help manage mental exhaustion, as well as empower individuals to gain stronger mood management skills. The unique ‘state-of-mind’ that we call ‘hypnosis’ is a completely natural part of our awake to asleep spectrum of consciousness. Young children experience the natural ‘trance’ state we call ‘hypnosis’ often throughout their day.
Remembering and relearning how to experience the natural hypnotic state opens doors to incredible opportunities for self-healing and self-awareness that helps individuals find peace in loving, being, and accepting their true selves.
